Simply gorgeous. Using the house to get ready with the girls in the morning and not having to leave the property for any part of the day made everything so easy. There are many beautiful options for where to do the ceremony, it was hard to choose! I wish I could relive the experience! Thank you [Agapae Oaks]! One thing - I strongly encourage doing a “Bug Bomb” where your reception will be. The bugs can be killer anywhere outside in the LowCountry.

Agapae Oaks was a dream come true for our wedding. We were looking to have our ceremony + reception both outdoors, with the both being near the water! After some online research, I found this beautiful place! Troy, their onsite manager, he was great with giving us a tour of the venue and just sold it more for us! We were so thankful for everything at Agapae Oaks- from the initial look we knew it was perfect! I would recommend this venue to all who are interesting in being married by the water without the huge price tag!

If you're looking for a quintessential Lowcountry venue, this is your spot. Gorgeous property, charming historical home & breath taking marsh views! Our contacts for the property were lovely to work with and very accommodating to any feedback on updates that may have been necessary in terms of lawn-care etc. before the event. Highly recommend!

This property was perfect for my daughter's wedding! The owner and property manager were wonderful to work with and very accommodating. Our guests were blown away by the beauty of the venue. Upon arriving we heard lots of Ooos and Ahhs. The property is perfect for preparing for the wedding, also. The cottage was perfect for the groomsmen to stay overnight and the main house was ideal for the girls getting ready, and the planner to stage and organize for the event. So much history and so many options for ceremony and reception. It was certainly the most quintessential place for a Lowcountry wedding

We started planning our wedding back in January before the vaccine so we were looking for an outdoor venue in Beaufort. We found Agape and I’m so glad we did. Amy- the manager is easy to work with. She is timely, professional and understanding. The venue is beautiful and really represents Beaufort with the old home and water. The price is very reasonable as well

Agapae Oaks made all of mine and my husbands dreams come true for our special day. The scenery was like a fairy tale, we had no rain and there was a decent breeze that stayed around all day. We had enough room for all of our bridal party and our immediate family to stay comfortably for the weekend which saved us so much money! The thing we loved most is that we were treated like family from the property manager and the owner which made planning for our special day so easy and enjoyable. If you want a low country wedding with stress free vibes then I would highly recommend booking this venue!

The most beautiful setting the Low Country has to offer! My daughter’s dream wedding was easily realized thanks to Agapae Oaks and their staff. I can’t say enough. From the property being available to us and our guests for an extended period of time, and the availability of the accommodations for our wedding party to sleep, stay and relax to the helpful advice on many things from the caretaker Troy. Just perfect!

This place is absolutely gorgeous! The grounds are very large so you have many options on where to hold the ceremony and other events. Considering how many days you are granted access to the grounds, the prices are beyond reasonable and we loved how there are multiple houses to rent on site for out of town guests. This place contributed to a perfect wedding and a wonderful time for all of us. We highly recommend!

My husband and I absolutely loved this venue for our wedding. It was beautiful- the house, the grounds, everything! Amy Poggi gave us a tour on the spot when we first came out to view the grounds. Troy was our main point of contact as Amy currently lives out of state; he was super helpful and friendly! Although Amy is out of state, any questions I had I emailed to her and she was very quick with her responses! It was easy to work with both of them and we could not have been happier with the place. P.S. if you’re planning on a Spring wedding, I highly recommend booking this venue in late April/early May because the fields had just bloomed with beautiful wildflowers. Between that and the water, it was quite the view!

AMAZING! Such a gorgeous venue. Amy and Troy are amazing to work with. They give you free range on teh property and are so easy to work with. They're both so kind and responsive. We're from Texas so planning a wedding long distance is tough but using this venue made it a breeze. I HIGHLY recommend you use this as your venue. Plus my pictures turned out gorgeous and all the guests commented on how gorgeous it was.

Memories to Last a Lifetime
My husband and I were blessed to be able to have our wedding reception at [Agapae Oaks]. We could not have asked for a more beautiful location! We served Dark and Stormies under a tall white tent as a Lowcountry afternoon thunderstorm rolled through. After the storm, we were treated to a gorgeous sunset and blissful night of dancing and making memories with our family and friends. The photos were gorgeous, and the location was perfection!

Beautiful Place Along The Marsh
Beautiful, beautiful place to get married! We used to keep our horses out on this property and knew that’s where we wanted to get married. Several ceremony sites to chose from, home to get dressed in, really a blank slate to make whatever you want!

Agape Plantation
We had a great experience and on the big day it was beautiful! Agape represents Beaufort with the old house and water. I loved the large cross they provide at the end of the aisle as well. Amy the owner is very easy to work with. We highly recommend

One of my favorite places of all time!
The venue is GORGEOUS! Beautiful tress, marshland, and historical house. Amy and Troy were beyond accommodating and a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend this venue. Thank you guys for making our dream wedding come true!
