The Grounds
Bordered on two sides by undeveloped marshlands, Agapae Oaks’ 150 acres are graced with countless trees including palmettos, Spanish moss-laden oaks, and cedars.
The live oak lined driveway leads along an aged pecan orchard and salt freshwater ponds, wooded areas, and fields. A dock leads out into the marsh in front of the main house.
The Grounds
Grounds also include a barn, “tabby” silo, and two smaller houses (one of which is available for overnight guests).
